DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email at info@wagglux.com
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
We currently offer the following domestic options:

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) — FREE on orders over $50

Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days) — $9.99

Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $19.99
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Origin
Wagglux partners with trusted fulfillment centers and suppliers (including AutoDS) to deliver products efficiently across the United States.
Some items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Wagglux is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Wagglux is not liable for:

Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

Lost or stolen packages

Delays caused by carriers or external factors
If your shipment is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist you as much as possible, but carrier issues are outside our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at info@wagglux.com and include:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Wagglux ships only within the United States.
(International shipping may be added in the future.)
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. domestic shipments, taxes/duties are applied at checkout according to your state regulations.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by local authorities, if applicable.
